    I'm guessing that they'd have to be very close to say, TRU prices. Otherwise, wouldn't they sort of open themselves up to some unfair practices suits if they undersold retailers?

    Where's that damn lawyer Snape when you need her?

    I don't think one store is going to hurt others competition, not everyone has internet.

    But i bet your right that the prices are close to tru.

    the 3 month thing makes me think it has alot to do with them getting a better gauge on actual production numbers?

    Not that I think it wouldn't work out, but I am not fond of the idea of having to pay upfront for the figures.

    I have had a few bad experiences with the pay up front preorder, I'll wait and see.

    But they would have to really beat the prices of who I preorder from now to get me to switch.

    I would really be into this for..say Wal Mart lines, things of that nature that really are not
    readily available to all customers..But, I fear this may not bode well. I worked for a collectibles company that went this route.
    I won't say anything else.
    I would guess they would have to keep the prices in the TRU range, but...WOW!
